For any brand support deal product you need to dispense a branded product for all branded and generic prescriptions written for that product.

For example:

• Prescription written for Colofac MR caps 200mg,
• You dispense Colofac MR caps 200mg.

Remember, if the prescription is written for the brand, the brand must be dispensed.

• Prescription written for Mebeverine MR caps 200mg,
• You dispense Colofac MR 200mg caps to benefit from the brand support deal.

For any brand support deal product (excluding Bayer Canesten), you need to dispense a branded product for all branded and generic prescriptions written for that product.
